BIOGRAPHY

Kamau Talbott, aka "Kamallion," has music in his blood. With a family that has its own record label, and several #1 hits under their belts, he knows he has what it takes to become what's next in hip hop.   This native Kamallifornian has achieved many things in his short life. At 25, he has obtained his Bachelors in Journalism, with a minor in English, from California State Northridge. Kamallion while in college chose to launch his rap career and address life experiences in the form of an institution of higher learning.

The lyrical content from Kamallion is not your typical West Coast rap style.  Kamallion rap style is not associated with the "gangsta rap" that once dominated the West Coast.  Kamallion is a poet that educates the listener and ignites emotional strings in the heart. He has drawn comparisons to Xzibit for his voice, Method Man for his grimy appeal, Busta Rhyme for his stage presence & energy.  With his vivid lyrics and high energy stage show, even the average listener in an audience will feel Kamallion.

Kamallion has kept audiences captivated at numerous shows and venues, including, The GiG, Viper Room, Club Lingerie, Maverick's Flats, CSU Northridge, San Diego State, Reseda Country Club, Portland State, and other L.A. area clubs.  His songs "Stop Fightin It" & "Omeggahfest" are rapidly becoming the NEW anthems of Los Angeles via 12" vinyl. As Kamallion has traveled throughout Los Angeles, he often hears his famous words sung by fans in the street.  They are eagerly awaiting his debut album "Diary of an eMCee"

Finally, as one of Serekh Entertainment's featured artists, he will be a catalyst into the new Hip Hop era as the West Coast continues to re-define itself in the Hip Hop arena.  Kamallion's impact will cause a shift in the epic battle for Hip Hop Supremacy.
